Lightweight Casevac System
BCS™ can be carried in a standard PLCE pouch. Material is ripstop nylon. Tactically almost silent in use. Low weight approx 980gm.
Compressible Casevac System
BCS™ can be compressed right down to fit into the smallest possible space. for extreme portablity. Takes up approx same space as a bag of sugar. Can also be carried in Section kit or troop-carrying vehicle as part of its medical kit.
Adventure Training
BCS™ can be supplied in various colours for civilian-based training requirements. MLC trainers can carry BCS™ variant as part of trg equipment. BCS™ variant is ideal for cold weather (arctic) use.
Special Forces (SF)
Multipurpose design of BCS™ can be adapted for SF use: as part of discrete team or individual. first aid equipment. Specific variants can be designed and supplied for in-theater role. TAG, SWAT and Speciality teams can order BCS™ in black.
Multi-theatre Capability
BCS™ can be adapted for all theatres, including hot weather (desert), cold weather (arctic) and jungle.
Airborne Ops
BCS™ is light in weight and can safely be air-dropped without breaking. Further supplies of BCS™ components can be supplied through normal logistic chain.
Field Ambulance / General Hospital / Combat Med Tech (CMT)
As part of a standard first aid kit (CMT/ambulance vehs, troop-carriers, etc.) the BCS™ ensures that casevac capability is at the primary location and will contribute to the recovery of the wounded/injured casualty. Casualties can remain in bag until reaching further medical facility. CMT returning to task can be given new BCS™ as replacement. Resupply space requirement is minimal
Disaster Assistance
BCS™ can be mass-dropped into difficult-to-reach areas where there are large numbers of injured to remove from danger, i.e. earthquake, flood, civilian insurrection, etc
Urban Warfare
BCS™ can be carried with assault teams into the urban environment and be immediately on hand to assist with casevac. Troops need not be weighed down with stretchers.
